Basically was having terrible performance on Windows, even on low settings. turns out it’s an issue with windows because windows uses hybrid mode it does not use the GPU all the time( this can be easily done at Linux).
I also blame the manufacturer BIOS
Windows lixo nao pega nem 50 fps no medio….
